A dream shared by three childhood friends: Senses Wines was born when Christopher, Max and Myles decided to make use of their families’ prized vineyards and create a top‑tier winery of their own. They grew up in Occidental, right next to the cool slopes of the Sonoma Coast.
Sonoma Coast is known for its foggy mornings and cool ocean breezes, which extend the ripening season and give Chardonnay grapes their intense aroma and vibrant acidity.
The region’s cool growing conditions and maturation in French oak barrels together give this wine its distinctive character. It offers a unique combination of creaminess, caramel notes, salty minerality and citrus‑driven freshness.
Oak maturation allows the wine to age gracefully for a few years. It can be enjoyed on its own or with food. This white wine is versatile and pairs well with a variety of fish and vegetable dishes. Try serving it with grilled whitefish or mushroom risotto.
