Produced by Finca Emendis in the heart of the Penedès (Castellet i la Gornal), this Cava is designed to be "pure" and "unmasked." While many commercial Cavas can feel generic, the "Nu" (Naked) range focuses on estate-grown fruit and low-intervention winemaking. The Nose

The nose is a classic "springtime" bouquet. It leads with white flowers (jasmine and honeysuckle) and a very clean, citrus-driven profile of grapefruit and tangerine. Because it spends 14 months on the lees (sur latte), you get that quintessential "Cava backbone": aromas of freshly baked bread, raw almonds, and a hint of beeswax. It’s fragrant without being heavy.

The Taste

On the palate, it is discreet, elegant, and medium-bodied. The bubbles (mousse) are fine and well-integrated, not aggressive.
