Distillerie Artisanale Metté is a family‑owned distillery renowned for its craftsmanship and uncompromising quality. Located in Ribeauvillé in the heart of Alsace, it specializes in aromatic fruit and spice liqueurs.
Alsace is known for its pure ingredients and strong artisanal tradition, both of which are reflected in Metté’s products. The saffron used in the liqueur is high‑quality and hand‑picked, ensuring an intense colour and a refined aroma.
The liqueur is crafted using traditional methods in small batches, allowing for precise quality control. The saffron is slowly infused in alcohol, naturally transferring its aromas, colour and delicate spiciness into the liqueur.
