Legras & Haas is a family‑owned Champagne house with roots dating back to the 1800s. The estate’s philosophy is clear: Chardonnay represents the noblest expression of Champagne, which is why Blanc de Blancs stands as their defining signature.
The wine comes from the Grand Cru village of Chouilly in the heart of the Côte des Blancs, home to some of the world’s most esteemed Chardonnay vineyards. The deep chalk soils give the wines a mineral backbone, refined structure and excellent ageing potential.
The wine is made using the traditional méthode traditionnelle, with the second fermentation taking place in the bottle. Extended ageing on the lees adds layers of complexity, notes of brioche and toast, and a refined, delicate mousse.
Les Visions is the perfect choice for moments that deserve to be elevated. Its fresh minerality and fine mousse make it an excellent aperitif, while it also shines alongside seafood, oysters and delicate fish dishes. This champagne is equally delightful on its own and offers impressive ageing potential, developing beautifully in the cellar.
