Legras & Haas is a family‑run Champagne house with roots reaching back over 400 years in Chouilly. The estate took its current form in 1991 when François Legras and Brigitte Haas combined their traditions and expertise. The Jeroboam format (3 litres) matures more slowly and harmoniously than smaller bottle sizes.
The wine comes from the Grand Cru‑classified vineyards of Chouilly, one of the most esteemed Chardonnay areas in the Côte des Blancs. The soil is almost pure chalk, giving the wine tension, freshness and a long, saline finish and they are hallmarks of Blanc de Blancs Champagne.
The wine is 100% Chardonnay and produced solely as a single‑vintage Champagne from one Grand Cru village. It ages for around 6 years on the lees, developing brioche notes, toasty complexity, layered aromas and a refined texture.
Grand Cru Blanc de Blancs 2015 is a gastronomic Champagne that shines both as the centrepiece of a festive meal and as a refined aperitif. It pairs beautifully with seafood, fish and vegetable dishes, as well as creamy, long‑aged cheeses. Or simply enjoy it on its own an ideal companion for celebrating with friends.
