Most of the wines carry Finnish names – a tribute to Kevin’s roots.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eAatto\u003c\/strong\u003e means “eve” in Finnish – the wine is named after Kevin’s late father, who was born on Christmas Eve. Unusually, it is built around the rare Rhône grape \u003cstrong\u003eCounoise\u003c\/strong\u003e, with Mourvèdre and Grenache.
