The production of La Crema Sonoma Coast Pinot Noir is based on slowly ripening Pinot Noir grapes from the cool coastal zone, harvested block by block to ensure optimal aroma development. The grapes are fermented in temperature‑controlled tanks to preserve the variety’s bright berry character and freshness, and part of the wine is aged in French oak, adding subtle spiciness and structural depth.
