La Crema is one of California’s most renowned wineries, founded in 1979 in the heart of Sonoma County. The name La Crema Viñera refers to the Spanish expression “the best vineyards,” reflecting the estate’s philosophy of seeking and cultivating sites where the vine thrives naturally.
The Monterey Coast is one of California’s coolest wine regions. The strong Pacific Ocean current and coastal fog keep daytime temperatures moderate, extending the growing season and giving the wines intense aromatic depth.
The wine ferments in stainless‑steel tanks, preserving its balance and freshness. French oak barrels are used for maturation, imparting subtle vanilla notes and refined spiciness to the wine.
A versatile white wine for fish dishes and light meats. The creaminess of Alfredo pasta is also well worth experiencing with this wine.
