Gregorio San Greg Rosato is a rare and characterful rosé wine from Irpinia, Italy.
Feudi di San Gregorio is one of the most renowned and respected producers in Southern Italy, having elevated Campania’s native grape varieties, such as Aglianico to international recognition.
Campania is one of Italy’s most historic wine regions, known for its volcanic soils and high-altitude vineyards. The wine is made from 100% Aglianico, a grape often referred to as the “Barolo of Southern Italy” due to its structure and aromatic depth. As a rosé, Aglianico is rarer and therefore especially intriguing.
The wine is crafted through gentle pressing, cold fermentation and maturation in stainless steel. These methods preserve Aglianico’s pure fruit character, floral aromas, and its fresh, mineral‑driven structure.
Thanks to its bright acidity, the wine pairs beautifully with seafood, light fish dishes and antipasti, and it works just as well with salads, pizza and soft cheeses.
