The Burgundy vineyard dates back to the Gallo-Roman era, but it was abandoned for many years. It was the monks of the Abbey of Cîteaux, renowned for the quality of their work in the vineyard and their knowledge of the terroirs, who revitalized the Burgundy vineyard starting in the 11th century.
TASTING
Beautiful ruby color. This wine presents pleasant aromas of fresh red fruits on the nose, which are also found on the palate. It reveals a rich and well-ripened texture, with fine and rounded tannins. This is a well-structured and enjoyable wine.
