The Allram family estate is located in the heart of Kamptal, Austria, where winemaking traditions date back to the 17th century.
Kamptal is one of Austria’s most renowned white‑wine regions, especially known as the home of Grüner Veltliner and Riesling.
The wine ferments in stainless‑steel tanks at a controlled temperature, preserving the grape’s characteristic freshness and minerality. It is then aged for about eight months in oak barrels on the lees, which adds structure and depth. The result is a multi‑layered and elegant Grüner Veltliner with both spiciness and minerality.
This is a wine that truly shines alongside food but is also delightful on its own. It pairs beautifully with spicy dishes, such as the Asian classic Kung Pao chicken.
